Theta Gold Mines Updates JustStocks on Gold Development Activities And $15 Million Capital Raise

Theta Gold Mines Limited (ASX: TGM) chairman Bill Guy talks JustStocks through recent development activities at the company's flagship TGME Underground project in South Africa. Among the highlights TGM selected a subsidiary of Power China as its preferred EPC partner to build stage one of its TGME Gold Plant and Tailings Storage Facilities. Theta is now also fully permitted after receiving final Environmental Authorisation from the Department of Forest Fishery and Environment of South Africa. This week TGM announced it's received commitments for up to US$10 million via a placement by an existing sophisticated and professional institutional investor.
